Warranty & Installation Requirements

- Installation must be performed by a qualified electrical wireman or master electrician registered with the Department of Labour.
- A valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued after installation, ensuring adherence to SANS 10142 standards.
- Warranty claims require installation photos, a valid COC, and proof of installation by a certified professional. Failure to comply may result in a voided warranty.
