PMBSolar shipping policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Shipping starts at R100 with a maximum charge of R350 for large sales. We only ship solar panels or kits with solar panels, above 300 watts, to Pietermaritzburg, Durban and surrounding areas. Please make contact with us to discuss other shipping options.

Free shipping in KZN

Free shipping if your order is over R10 000 and your delivery address is in Pietermaritzburg or Durban areas. Just enter you postal code in the checkout to see if you qualify.

Order Processing Time

Processing and delivery take been 1-5 days depending on your location in South Africa. (We usually deliver within 3 days of placing your order) . All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
