PMBSolar shipping policy

Solar Panels

We only ship 450w 560w and 600w Solar panels and Solar kits with those panel sizes to Pietermaritzburg. Durban, Howick, Ashburton, Cato ridge etc. We do not ship large panels nation wide. Enter your area code in your delivery address to see if you qualify.

Contact us if you would like to use your own courier or we can ship for you at your expense. If you do not see shipping options in the checkout it means you don’t qualify for shipping (Collect onsite once you have been notified your order is ready)

Free shipping

Free shipping on orders over R10 000. (NO large solar panels) For items below R10 000, shipping starts at R100 with a maximum charge of R350 for solar kits with small solar panels (150w to 300w panels).

Order Processing Time

Processing and delivery take been 1-5 days depending on your location in South Africa. All orders placed before 10 AM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
