PMBSolar Warranty and Refund Policy

We have a standard 1 year warranty on all products except Gel Batteries which have a 2 month warranty, Tubular Batteries 3 Months and Svolt Batteries which have a 5 year warranty if installed and stamped by a qualified electrician. We do not accept returns on any purchased goods unless faulty, in which case it will be sent for repairs or replaced depending on the fault. All batteries and inverters must be installed by a qualified Electrician with a COC for the warranty to be valid. Please get this information from your installer. Faulty goods returned will either be repaired or replaced depending on the fault. +- 2-3 Weeks for repairs.

We do not ship Tubular batteries or solar panels.

If you order a product and it is out of stock you will be given a full refund within 24 Hrs. When ordering, use your postal code to calculate shipping cost. When local pickup or local delivery is required in PMB or DBN, please select local pickup in the checkout, place your order and make the payment. Once the payment has cleared, we will process the order and notify you about collection or delivery. Banking details will be sent once you have placed the order. We will not release any goods until paid in full. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection. 56 Ashby Road, Boughton, Pietermaritzburg.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

A 25% handling fee will be charged for product refunds

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 56 Ashby Road, Boughton, Pietermartizburg, 3201.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address 56 Ashby Road, Boughton, Pietermartizburg, 3201.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
